The restricted rights and freedom of persons under this Act is purposed to ensure effectiveness of cyber security and to have measures to prevent, cope and reduce risks from cyber threats affecting state security and domestic peace. The enactment of this Act is in accordance with the conditions provided in Section 26 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
